Up to now, 1.91 million yuan of central special funds, 6.473 million yuan of provincial special funds and 2.4 million yuan of municipal special funds have been allocated for the discount of business guarantee loans.

Focus on increasing the support of public welfare state-owned enterprises that are greatly affected by the epidemic and support enterprises to tide over the difficulties. In the first half of the year, a total of 50 million yuan of public welfare subsidy index was issued to ensure the normal operation of the Municipal Transportation Group and maintain the normal operation of public transportation. Many times, funds were allocated to the Municipal Water Group to help its subordinate sewage treatment plants and sludge disposal centers operate normally and ensure the safety of residents’ water use. Up to now, more than 89 million yuan has been allocated to solve the historical problems and policy subsidies of state-owned enterprises, and effectively stabilize the main market of state-owned enterprises.
The fourth isTargeted policies to guide foreign trade enterprises to make good use of short-term credit insurance tools. We will fully implement policies and measures to increase financial support for foreign-funded enterprises in foreign trade, fully support the development of foreign trade enterprises, and timely release short-term export credit insurance funds of 7.297 million yuan to help export enterprises avoid trade risks and stabilize expectations.
